They told me they only offer refunds if the item is returned & it takes days for the refund to arrive. However, what I purchased was a Christmas present for my little boy I spent £170 on 2 toys. You would expect them to be high quality. Once I had put them together they were both faulty. 3 days before Christmas, I expected them to offer a replacement and I would send the others back.
Useless company and a waste of time and money trying to chase updates. Their webchat is a disgrace and their WhatsApp is not functioning, only automated messages. I will not be shopping at Zara again. It’s been more than a week that Zara is claiming that they have delivered my package yet I still haven’t received it.

They told me they can’t get in touch with them either that they are the worst and the drive horrible. Do not purchase anything for delivery. Received a kid jacket on Tuesday night, my son wore it on Wednesday. Zipper broken on same day within 12 hours. How can the quality be this bad?

They said it’s in the terms and conditions that you can return or exchange without receipt. This is £165 worth of ill fitting clothes. I vouch never to set foot in a zara store again. I have bought some beautitful, on trend pieces from Zara home.

It seems everyone is instructed to copy and paste the same script to fob customers off. I went to return an item at the Battersea power station branch. The cashier didn’t give me a receipt. They checked CCTV to confirm this. They said I had to contact customer service for an e-receipt.

I already indicated that I could otherwise also pick up the product myself in one of their stores, but that was not allowed. I was scared by a sales representative who was going to throw towards me summer sleepers with a sharp heels. I came to this store with my friends and wanted to buy the sleepers from a new collection. Unfortunately, I forgot my glasses and couldn’t read a price tag with a small numbers. I dropped these sleepers and wanted to find my friends who were trying on their clothes at the fitting room. However, the sales representative was running after me threatening that she would throw these sleepers in me. A music was too loud at the store and I couldn’t even figure out what had happened.

No email received after a few days. Now the customer service indicated that they would arrange it the same day and notify me. Customer service couldn't find anywhere that an investigation would have been started.. The third product did not arrive and I did not receive an update from Zara. Eventually called myself to ask what was wrong with my order..
The delivery took around 10 days. However, the desk arrived with one stand screwed in the entirely wrong way round - so assembly was impossible. Took over 30 days to receive a refund here.

Called again after a week of not receiving anything. Now it was up to the delivery person according to Zara. Something that I, as a customer, have little recourse to. They would investigate and if the product could not be found they would refund me . I would receive another email about this. Both items still had a price tag, with one of the products having a price that was lower than I paid myself.

Then I was asked if it was bought within the last 30 days. It was in July, yet their company who is supposed to pick up the product never did. I'd tried them out in the store and they seemed pretty comfy. I waiting in all day today for them to come and collect it as promised but they simply never came.
